The alternative accommodations sector was expanding at a rate of more than 1.7 times as fast as hotels in Europe. And this was pre-Covid. Recent changes in consumer travel behavior resulting from the Covid this past year has accelerated the need for alternate accommodations. Chief amongst these products is the condo-hotel, a set of units collectively joining a hotel pool for rental.
